@@BerrierHogarth understood. In mirada they have tile roofs and pavered driveways though. For the $500-$600k range its not a bad option compared to whats out there!
I love the way they upgraded the interior in the Bold series. (I still cant get past the elevations for the price though.) Mirada is a beautiful neighborhood & overall, Casa Fresca did a great job with the bold series.
Thanks for the video, Adam. It’s nice that they are offering tubs in the primary bath… wish they were also available on the one story homes. It’s something I have been looking for that had proven very illusive. Couple of questions: Is it possible to get a gourmet kitchen in any of the one story models in the Bold Series? Also, are ridge vents in the roofs not standard? In a state like Florida where it’s very hot and humid, one would think they would be standard in new construction homes… but then again, Florida also has a rainy season for half the year and typically gutters are not standard either… Thanks in advance!
@@TampaFloridaLiving That’s true, but considering that upon move in to a new construction home you also still have to pay for installing a water softener, gutters, blinds, screen for lanai, electric generator, and a security system, this likely wouldn’t be possible for me right away. I also forgot to ask and may have missed this in the video, but are all of the appliances (fridge, washer and dryer) included in the Bold Series? Thanks again!
@@coralpetals I dont have a final answer if they are included. I know at one time they did include all appliances. I do believe they are an optional upgrade
Hallelujah!!! I’m blessed and favored with $60,000 every week! Now I can afford anything and support the work of God and the church. For Your glory, LORD! HALLELUJAH!
The homes are beautiful. At the end of the day, $3500 a month after all fees just is not feasible in this economy. That's all before utilities and other expenses. Some day soon, I hope to better my situation to be able to provide luxuries like this for my family.
Guess bathrooms and water closet should have windows. The range should be always vented out (I don’t it is for the two floors models). Should not have any carpets.
Great video! All the plans and communities look amazing. And that Madison… wow! 🤩
Madison is so beautiful ❤❤❤❤ beautiful homes! Great info 👍
Fire! 🔥Thanks Adam your the best
The video production was splendid wish the house in video transfer to Douglas, Ga.

The Mariposa looks solid! Great street appeal.
@@grabir01 its a great single story option!

@@coralpetals no you cant change the kitchen, and yes the vents are standard but they do have extra insulation etc… to make it more energy efficient
@@TampaFloridaLiving Thanks for the prompt reply! Great to hear the ridge vents are standard but too bad about no gourmet kitchen.
@@coralpetals not hard to upgrade the kitchen though! Its still pretty nice with quartz etc

@@Jamtu1337 understood. The lagoon communities are definitely a luxury and not the norm. We can always help find something without the extra fees!
@TampaFloridaLiving once we are able ill reach out and we can get to work 😁

Is there a nonstop flight from Mirada to TIA ?, lol

Fees are CDD HOA and club Fee $484 monthly not under $400. Just to make it clear. I would like to know the Price of the homes too?
@@bhx625 yep she added that wrong. Smaller homes might be less but need to double check that

Sucks it's out of reach for most of us. But loved to watch and dream

Enough talk of the houses…. Can we talk about how beautiful and bad Madison is? 😍😍. Gonna need that @ my man fr. Don’t leave us hanging like that
Still to expensive for this economy
